Back from USA Sim not working. Tried everything

Live chat is not available, I can't call for help. It is the dim thats not working! No sky shop where I am. How on earth am I supposed to sort it out with only a virtual assistant?

Have you made sure your device is set to Home and not Abroad:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Change to Home


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Home

Looked on sim toolkit on phone nothing there about ' home' though.

OMG  perfect! I've spent 2 days on the virtual assistant and it DID NOT at any point say that! Thank you so much! Now I think im going to change my provider, as sky was impossible to reach.
