Awaiting refund from sky mobile , why's it taking so long ?

Paid an upfront fee on the 27th July handset was out of stock and when updated to new one no fee was needed so it was refunded... Still haven't received it ?

What does your online bill show regarding this:

Does it show that a credit has been applied or were your told they were going to refund it to your card/bank account ?
