Awaiting escalation for SIM activation
Hi, my SIM stopped working and I was sent a new one. I couldn't activate it and called 150 and he couldn't do it either. I was told it had to escalated to another team which could take 3 to 5 days. I was told no-one would contact me and that I would get a message saying my SIM has been escalated. I gave a fear that this isn't going to happen and after 5 days I'll end up contacting them for them to send me another SIM card. Has anyone one else had this issue and it was resolved. Thanks
