August direct debit not been taken
My direct debit comes out on the 26th of every month not problems but this months payment has not came out yet ? Anyone else having this problem. I'm on holiday and can not have my mobile phone suspended. There is literally no way to call anyone.
it's seems really weird I got a random call earlier in the month asking if I was financially ok with the price increases etc which I said yes to know they just haven't taken a payment

Hi @Asmc the bank holiday on Monday may have delayed the payment. Does your account show the bill as being paid ?

Yeah my payment date is the 26th so I didn't fall on the bank holiday. My account says the direct debit was taken on 26th August and it shows as paid. I'm hoping it's a delay cos I can not loose my services while abroad 🙈

Hi @Asmc i think it's just the bank holiday delaying things, if the account says paid then you should be fine. With regards suspending your services, if sky try to take payment but the money isn't there they then try ten days later, if it's still not there then your services may be suspended.

Hi mine is the same it's saying I have paid my sky glass but it has not been taken from my bank

If it is saying it has been paid then it is in the process of being paid so if you check this again tomorrow you should see your account updates to show that it has been paid.
