Are 0330 numbers blocked

I'm expecting a hospital call from an 0330 number. Will it be blocked???

No numbers are blocked by default unless you yourself have blocked such numbers via your phone itself.

I understand that but the last time (and no I haven't blocked any 0330 numbers)  I was expecting a call from what I now know to be 0330 number, I never received it and missed a major appointment. 
Today I was advised to check and see if these numbers were blocked as it has happened to customers before.

It's not something I've heard before and as stated by @caesarome they'd only be blocked if done by the customer.

When the hospital calls does it show up as unknown/withheld?

No incoming numbers are blocked by Sky. I seem to remember an occasional report of calls from switchboards being problematic such as Drs surgeries, schools etc.

@Miastone It may be worth checking your spend cap, I'm not with Sky but my provider incorrectly blocks some 0330 numbers if the spend cap is set to £0 as they think it may be a chargeable call.
