@Tomtom2 ,  my dissapointment isnt not getting the phone yesterday, I totally understand launch days and allocations, but I'd got the msg to say it had been despatched, when I rang TWICE yesterday I was told I was getting it, despite no tracking info being available to me.   I had something I could have done yesterday, so had they just been honest and said yes it looks like October now, that I would have been more than fine with, it was the lies I was told to get me off the phone and leave me waiting for something that was never going to arrive that dissapointed me

On my DPD tracking it says due for delivery today but I haven't had the email with an hour window or anything today. Probably not going to come 😞

I've given up on sky and the poor service from there call centres i ordered mine from apple yesterday and just picked it up i was so much easier and stress free. I have tried to cancel the one on order just to be told I can't looks like it's been returned to sender or refused to accept delivery.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

So is mine although mine is the orange. I don't know why they say delivery on the 19th when they have no intention of sending them on that day. Apparently they are blaming Apple!

Just phoned again. To be told it's physically not possible that anyone that ordered after me has recieved there orange pro max 256 . When I told them I knew someone personally who had recieved that phone model and colour from sky he still kept telling me it wasn't possible . He's now saying after I was told defo 19th and defo within 24 hours that it won't be until the 26th. What is the point of pre orders if everyone else gets it first. He said they haven't recieved any pro max's from Apple at all so no one got one 😂 which I know not to be true

@Sophielu94 Of course, that’s not true. On their website, the 512 GB and 1 TB versions of the iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange occasionally appear as available, and I also know two colleagues who ordered later than me and have already received the 256 GB version.

Hi, getting my phone today between 1pm-2pm! I pre-ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Silver on the 12th at 1PM. I hope you guy get yours soon too, I got no update until yesterday which was surprising about it getting delivered today.
