Frustrating

Spoke to sky today and because my account hasn't updated since placing the order they said the iPhone 17 pro max silver will be delivered today but haven't received any confirmation called them back this afternoon and they now saying there on high demands and will be with me as soon as possible and they offered me the weekday and weekend delivery with DPD which they paid for as I got told all different things why can't it be just a simple answer.  So frustrating

Anyone ever experienced this before?

My SIM is activated despite not receiving the phone yet. I've had a couple of cellular iPads with Sky before and I'm sure I've always been the one who has had to activate my own SIM...

• Placed the pre-order (17Pro - 256GB) on the 12th at 1:05pm, website stated it would arrive on the 19th.
• DPD email on the 16th at 2pm saying they're expecting my parcel.
• Sky say 17th as the expected delivery (which is obviously incorrect and would breach any embargos)
• DPD tracking status has been stuck at "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel" since the 16th.
• No new messages from Sky in the My Messages section, and no texts/emails.

I just find it quite odd my SIM has been activated despite not having my phone yet, and having no new updates. I'll need to give Sky a ring soon...

Mine was the Pro Max in silver 256gb ... I've had no message, nothing when i ordered it said for today ...only way i found out was talking to sky this morning as nothing had updated no emails no messages. nothing and was told its now the 3rd october and cant cancel it ...he said just return it when it comes

@jrippon779 I received my DPD tracking link a few days ago but it didn't update at all until about 7pm last night.

So I have one telling me it will be here today, one telling me they hope for the next 24 hours but can't say anything for certain and one telling me the order has been accepted but I have no idea when you will recieve it . It's obviously not coming today as I haven't had a dpd email or any other kind of communication it wouldn't be so bad if we had proper communication where everyone's on the same page.  If they sent out an email saying sorry it's delayed we expect it in the next week or so I wouldn't mind that but they can't tell me anything because they don't know

@Tomtom2 they have a cooling off period so you can just return it to Sky. It's their problem, they need to sort it.

Get in quick and get a new quote from Mazuma. They've offered me the same price today as they did on 12th when I pre-ordered with Sky.

As much as I want to complain it does seem futile. The fact that I'm the 4th October for a pro max deep blue 256, ordered on the 12th at 2pm. 

In one sense I'm happy to have a guide date but on other hand there folks who've ordered after and getting earlier. 

The other thing is when I need to wait until I have the new phone to transfer the eSIM before selling this one. 

first world problems I know, but hey something to look forward to in 2 weeks

I have ordered the deep blue iPhone 17 pro yesterday and have just received tracking from dpd that we've received your order details and we're expecting your parcel shortly? can I expect my parcel to arrive today or tomorrow

Is anyone else getting access denied on this server when trying to get onto the sky mobile page? I cant get into my account on 3 different devices on app or website, ordered 17 pro max orange 2tb within 20 mins of release, i have a friend have have one delivered yet mines still not changed, tried checking messages on the app and its not logging in anywhere
