Webpage for new orders now updated for all Pro phones saying delivery in 1-2 weeks. Pro Max showing 1-2 weeks, 2-3 weeks, 3-4 weeks or more than 4 weeks depending on spec. 17s showing a wide range also. A lot of Airs available for next day delivery.

Ordered my 17 Pro 1TB in silver on 14th and have there's a message in the "my messages" section on my account saying delivery by 26th September.

No emails or texts from DPD, not even to say they have my parcel - normally they email you when they have it or expecting it. Nothing.

Checking my order tracking via the Sky app shows it was dispatched Wednesday, and the DPD tracking shows the parcel is at my local depot since 3am but nothing since.

I do sympathise with those having bigger issues like no updates despite ordering early - seems like Sky are having the same issues they always do at launch - overpromising and orders being delayed for potentially weeks.

I've just spoke to sky and they just said I should get an update with in 24 hours. Would not give a firm date. Really quite annoying.

I have just called sky, tried to feed me a lot of rubbish including the comment "my supervisor has said that nobody will be getting their phone today as dispatch date is today only". I tied the advisor up in nots. I got transferred to the supervisor and he said that if you have not received an update on the app or a text by 9am you will not get your device untill Monday. He was very rude and tried ending the call multiple times.

Just talked to sky support over the phone, I was told that 17, air, and 17 Pro orders have been starting delivery today. However no 17 pro max orders have been shipped yet and will start shipping from today and I stated that my 17 pro max was ordered at 1:04pm on the 12th (assuming first batch) and i was informed that it should be shipped out to dpd today with delivery being within 1-2 working days. 

Can anyone who's pre ordered a 17 Pro Max corroborate this?

still no update from sky - a family member ordered theirs on Tuesday and got a text saying its been delievered today yet i ordered mine on Friday got confrimation at at 13:22 and still dont have an update - How can people who ordered theirs this week get theirs before people who ordered theirs on pre-sale date

Well, finally got my DPD delivery text...

...but slot is 17:02 to 18:02. 

Guess I should just be grateful its arriving today.

"Thanks for waiting, Just to inform you

that the deliveries will be rolled from the 19/09/2025 and the 26/09/2025. You will receive a Text message or a call from the delivery team on the delivery date of your parcel."
