Sky agent told me phone may not be shipped at all?

Hi @Dan2309  unless your order is showing as cancelled in your account then it should still arrive at some point. You would imagine stock levels/demand should be getting better now that the initial rush is over.

Esonally I wouldn't believe what you are told over the phone as different people are being told different things.

The delays on these iPhones are isusl

stbthis time if year as Apple can not keep up with the demand across the networks.

Judging by other posts here it appears the average wait time is around 4 weeks plus.

I ordered my phone on 25 September and it's still start at your order is coming stage. 

I have phone sky several times & I am being promised it will be in the next day or so, another week goes by. 

I have googled it & I am aware that Apple has supply issues but everything I have seen

 

suggest it should be 3 weeks not nearly 2 months. 

Has anyone actually received their IPhone 17 from Sky?

Should Sky continue to be allowed to continue to take pre-orders?

Your post has been moved to the massive topic at hand do you can see that plenty have received their devices.

Looking at some of the latest posts here the average wait time seems to be about 4-5 weeks.

I've been reading the replies and it's absolutely ludicrous! I know some friends and family with other providers who have received theirs no problem, only seems to be affecting Sky? I've been a Sky customer with mobile and TV/Broadband for years now and in recent months been considering switching all of it to something else because the performance of their streaming products and customer service is so poor! I ended up purchasing my own router because theirs just couldn't handle the full 900mbps (I was getting around 1/3 of that before changing router) 

Not saying I deserve a medal or anything, but Sky need to sort things out soon and at least start sending out some regular updates to their customers, something like an apology for the wait but it is still in progress or something! It's incredible, and not in a positive way!

Today is the end of my 4 weeks delivery, sky are now saying it is another 3 weeks, lesson learnt do order with sky again

Hi @Suziecc  no one here can as this isn't sky CS but there are delays with most 17 models, keep an eye on your order status for updates.

I ordered iPhone 17 PM 512gb in silver on the 26th September, sky told me to cancel it as it was stuck in the system. So reordered on 14th November, worried this was a mistake 🤦🏻‍♀️

These guys just give standard responses. After I looked through these answers I found that some people received theirs after a couple of weeks and there are also people who ordered back in september and are still waiting. There are also some people whos orders have just come back as "cancelled" after a period of waiting. Unfortunately no one will be able to tell you, not even Sky, and there doesn't seem to be any system that works out who gets theirs first, like those who ordered it earlier than others, it all seems random. 

Unfortunately you won't find much help beyond "Maybe around 4 weeks, maybe more or maybe less"..
