I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max and Saturday could you tell me when it will be delivered

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.


As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. You are likely going to be waiting a while. 

iPhone 17:~ If the order is for a latest model iPhone, delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Waiting updates on 17 pro max delivery date and Apple Watch delivery date over 2 months

After useless costumer service communications which I'm receiving every call I'm making(probably about 20 calls already made ) would like to ask when I can expect my Apple Watch delivery which been sent to you for replacement end of August???????Also can I get update on my 17 pro max which been ordered beginning September????Cmon it's 10 of November!!!SKY why there is so much issues with your company at the moment?How do you treating your costumers?????Yesterday I've been promised to get a call about the delivery times!Where is the call?Never received!

By other costumer adviser I've been promised I will receive both items before 6 November,before that over 10 times got promises been delivered in a couple days times!!!So disappointing

Hi @LV6  you aren't talking to sky CS here so no one here can do what you have asked. You could try a formal complaint.

Has anyone had any success making a complaint about this? Everyone I speak to tells me a different thing so I'd like to complain about that, one guy told me DPD had it which was clearly a lie...

Update:


Having waited since pre-order day for the iPhone 17 Pro Max in 1TB (deep blue) to be delivered, I gave up and thought I may as well look on the sky website to see what, if anything, they had in stock. 

They had the Pro in stock (same colour/storage) for delivery next day. I contacted online support to confirm and the advisor helped do my order (wasn't the best at communication but we got there in the end).


I could not cancel my previous order until this was delivered as I was told. 

I received my order today. It's probably the last time I ever order from Sky as it's been an absolute shamble.

 

False promises of managers contacting etc. It has left a sour taste.

Spoke with Sky today regarding the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Cosmic Orange — current lead time is 2–3 weeks. They confirmed Deep Blue is in stock and offered to switch the order, but noted a new credit check would be required. Really frustrating.

What an absolute nightmare the past week has been. To cut a long story short, ordered orange cosmic 17PM 5 weeks ago - told on 'back order' and encouraged to re-order on phone by Sky Emlpoyee. Done this over phone but due to 'technical error' failed. Once again tried, this time successful, however 2 hours later shows as failed credit check. Now have 3 hard checks on my credit score and as far as they are concerned now looks like I've tried to buy 3 iphones in a month. 2 hours on phone to sky over weekend, Told id get a call back at 10AM this morning, guess what.. nothing. Won't be bothering with Sky again, never known anything like it.

The estimated deliver on the iphone 17 pro max 512gb in silver is 1-2 weeks, which has changed from 3-4 weeks - hopefully a good sign? Says me that ordered the 17 PM 512gb in silver 6 weeks ago and still waiting...

@Audrey20 , I'm just off the phone with Sky and been told the same as your messages say. Promises of phone delivered within a week. I'm unconvinced they actually manage this, but we shall see what the next couple of days brings
