Delivery of iPhone 17 ordered 17/09
Ordered an iPhone 17 on 18/09 still not delivered and every time I check it just says coming soon
Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I absolutely feel your pain - in the sense of I've rung up over a dozen times over the month and quite literally wanted to pull my own hair out due to the frustration of the call centre just having no actual clue and just giving you information what they think you want to hear
And I've done it too - just simple had to put the phone down due to frustration
in regards to your order specifically I think due to it being cancelled, I would really try and contact someone higher up @BillyOliver I think spoke to someone a bit higher up about something
you don't deserve to be put at the back of any queue
BUT I've heard on here as well that there is no real priority list as people have ordered theres on the 12th and not received it and people on the bloody 20th who have - but this could be due to specific models and colours etc
dont be afraid to come in here for a rant - it definitely made me feel better after the 25th time speaking to my wife about it she just didn't care by the end 😁

They shouldn't even be selling phones that are out of stock anyways with no real idea of when they get new stock in as I was told by customer service they receive it 'every few weeks ' which will just build up the queue even more up too , now myself just over 4 weeks waiting wouldn't have ordered and just went somewhere else if I knew that was the case said it would be delivered 3-4 days would have went somewhere else if I knew it was like this no updates for sky or any communication on any platform to the customers who are waiting think its ridiculous people who I know have ordered after me from other networks and got there phone already

It’s honestly so frustrating to see this kind of disregard for customers!
I’ve been with Three for a few years (not that they’re amazing either), but I’ve never really had any major issues, their customer service, on the few occasions I needed it, was at least minimally satisfactory.
Then I decided to switch to Sky because of the great offer they were doing… and it all turned into this mess!
I already bought original Apple cases, a MagSafe wallet, basically sold my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and so on...
The lack of care they show for their customers is absolutely unacceptable!
Even my wife doesn’t care anymore, she just said, “So we keep the old phone, what’s the problem?”
Well, the problem is that I’ve already gone past the excitement stage, now it’s just pure frustration and anxiety waiting for the new phone! 😅
@BillyOliver could you please share how you managed to reach someone from the head of customer service?
I’d really like to try something similar here in Ireland to see if I can get any proper help!

Iphone 17 pro max
As seeing all the posts,everyone waiting for there orders who ordered last month but i have ordered on 6 October, when should i expect my delivery date 😂 lol. I think they have vot stock but delivering to customers is a slow process or they are getting many orders then expected,because everyday everyone is receiving the phone which shows they have something.

Order lilac iPhone 17
I ordered my iPhone 17 lilac nearly three weeks ago. I was told that it would take up to two weeks for my order. I'm wondering now what's going on. I'm really struggling with the battery life of my old XS Max so wondering how much longer I will have to wait for my new phone.

The Sky site tells you that if you have an issue with just about anything, try asking the community for help. I am guessing they do that so that they don't have to deal with you personally. You try asking the virtual help thing and it's useless. I'm understand it must be frustrating for people on the community when people, like myself, come on here asking silly questions. Sorry.
