I was reading the posts and your situation seems better than mine. I bought the iPhone 17 Pro Max 512 on the 12th, and the information was that it would be delivered on 09/19. But besides not receiving the tracking code, today after 4 pm the purchase information disappeared from the SKY app. I can still see the invoice for the amount paid and the purchase contract, but the device no longer appears in “My Orders.”

So my wife's Pro will arrive tomorrow, but my Pro Max has no definitive shipping date.

I moved to Sky after being with Vodafone for 22 years, and boy am I regretting it.

I never had this nonsense with Vodafone and I have had every model of the iPhone with them since it launched until the 15. Upgrades were available and delivered when they said.

Sky struggled with our 16's as new customers and are now all over the place with our 17's.

Time to move away from Sky.

@xBeccax so I have just spoken to Sky and quite a helpful person but I think his information is limited. he first told me that there might be a four week delay in delivery which shocked me! but then he said as you ordered it on Friday it is saying dispatched today delivery tomorrow. so I think just keep my fingers crossed and we'll get an update either later tonight or tomorrow. I'm also down south

Absolute joke. Got a confirmed and signed order at 13:13 on 12/09 but apparently that's doesn't matter as people ordering afterwards are getting tomorrow and apparently it's the 26th for me. 

7 consecutive years of customer to sky apparently loyalty is a thing of the past.

tomorrow 19th that we will get a notifications about when will our orders will come

They are utterly shambolic.
