When did you order yours, i ordered mine on the 10th. I got a message saying 2-3 weeks now. When I went on the site, it said 1-2 weeks. my order still says in progress 😞 was hoping on getting this for my birthday

I have been waiting for my new iPhone for 7 weeks now and it is still showing as "delayed" on my orders screen, my wife looked to order one today for herself and it's saying 2 week lead time? Do I cancel my order and reorder or wait?

I wouldn't cancel your order as that 2 week estimated time might not be correct and doing so and re-ordering will mean you would under further credit checks and the wait time could then be longer that what you are seeing at present.

Update regarding iPhone 17 order. Been 3 weeks since I ordered the device and still not received it. Thinking of cancelling the order and getting the phone elsewhere

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
