Sky  are a joke and should not be allowed to sell pre-orders they cannot fulfil within a timely fashion.

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed further due to the usual supply and demand issues. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

Well not to burst your bubbles but myself and plenty others have ordered 12th September 😭💔 so nearly 5 weeks later and still no phone, or even an update! Been promised hundreds of times over the phone now and live chat that my phone will be delievered "by the end of the week".. Completely had enough today.. Phoned to cancel... Won't let me do that either... An absolute joke  😡
