Delivery date of 17 pro max
Hi I have ordered a device 17 pro max and not sure about the delivery date yet, also it's showing in the payment that Dec it will deduct an emi but how can this happen when I haven't even received the product which is not fair I want someone to look into this and expedite the order.

Hi @Lakshmiseethara as this isn't sky CS no one here can look into it or expedite it. Keep an eye on your order status for updates. You shouldn't start paying for the phone until you receive it.

Had the same issue as this but i ordered on the 12th September then they cancelled it this Friday for no reason not had an explanation or my money that i paid upfront back,
Pushed then very hard for a deadlock letter which they emailed to me and have raised a complaint with CISAS.

Ordered last Wednesday and today I spoke to what an advisor and was told it'll be 4-6 weeks !!!!!
even tho at time of ordering and still as of now on the order page when you go to order the phone it says estimated delivery 1-2 weeks🙃

My iPhone 17
I just logged in to see when my iPhone will arrive and it says they is a problem with my order please advise what the matter is now ? This is the den inf time this is happening. It's a Xmas present and I need it by the end of the week or I will have to go elsewhere and cancel my contract here

iphone 17 pro max orange back order
has anyone ordered a new iphone orange in the last week it says on skys webite in stock when i ordered new sky are saying its on back order any one know how long this takes ive asked sky through messages amd they have no clue help please i placed order on 13/12/2025

That was only 3 days ago. In the early days customers were waiting weeks.
As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.
As you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
