@Jonemery
As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ If the order is for a latest model iPhone, delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

@Dansadler22  Both phones were iPhone 17 pro max 256 GB in Cosmic Orange. Ended up cancelling the pre-order phone and reordering but in blue. That was available immediately but to reorder in orange would be another 2 weeks for the next delivery from Apple.

Phone track

hello,

I was just wondering the update of my order please? Will it be a week or two weeks? I need to know so I can sell my current phone.

Still nothing

Pre ordered sept 12th at 1.05pm

Signed contract at 1.08pm same day

Recieved nothing at all for 2 weeks

Finally got in touch and they say they'll investigate

No reply after another 9 days so I contact again and am told my order was stuck on the system (**bleep**)

Get message again saying Nov 5th, it's Nov 12th now and still nothing.

Joke company! Joke customer service!

Truly Sky from bottom of my heart you're incompetent jokers.

As some customers will be quick to point out a lot of people have been waiting considerably longer than that.

I have moved your post into a very long thread on iPhone 17 orders.
