I'm in England. I'm very worried how long this is taking. Now the price I'm paying is going down for new purchases on sky's website and I haven't even received my phone!

Just spoken to someone on the phone. I ordered the 17 pro max silver 256G on the 15th October. I've been waiting a week and she said it would be delivered to me next week as I would've been waiting 2 weeks. 🤞

I ordered mine on 17th September and still nothing? Anyone else still waiting for it to be delivered? Spoke to sky and all they said was if not delivered by 28th to call back, they also just put credit on my account for the wait.

well guys I gave up... went to Tescos and phone coming tmrw the email says.. will let you all know if/when get dpd email...

16 years with sky... waited 6 weeks now since 12th September to be told absolute rubbish every time Iv rang.. people who ordered weeks after me getting their phones.. totally shocking and worst experience Iv ever had with sky. 2 minutes in Tescos website and phone for delivery tomorrow! DONE SKY

There was no upfront cost for the device when I just did it on Tesco, just u pay the first months installment so not too bad. Ye won't use the sim plus get the club card points too hehe @Alice251

My only concern is this has already gone through a credit check and to then do another it's gonna look abit sus did you cancel the sky one and then do Tesco? Anyone else know where else has stock ? I spoke to apple directly and they don't have any in at the min.

Did the exact same thing, ordered a Pro Max Blue 256GB with sky on the 20th september. Absolute joke of a company. 512GB Blue pro max on tesco for delivery tomorrow

@Megan139 @Ye I wasn't happy doing another credit check either but was absolutely fine and sky one will be removed when phone is returned... if it ever turns up.. won't allow me to cancel till it's delivered apparently 🙄 which currently looks like the 1st of never 6 weeks on 🙄🤣

If you've ordered 7th October I wouldn't be expecting anytime soon probably won't be this Side of Christmas a lot of us have ordered almost 2 months ago and still nothing.

Ordered iPhone 17 Pro max deep blue on 22nd September, no updates no nothing. Finally spoke to an agent this morning to be told another 1 - 2 weeks wait.

First time using sky and not impressed by them at all!!
