I placed my order on the the 22nd of September and I got an email yesterday saying it will be delivered by 12th of November. I am in Ireland btw..

hello, i have called sky 100 times as i ordered on the 21st of September (Iphone 17 pro max silver) and she's assured me that it will definitely arrive before the 1st of November i then spoke to someone else who said the same, apparently new stock will take two weeks to come through then we will get a message from dpd about delivery...

might be a lie to get me off the phone😂 bur fingers crossed!! 

i hope you also get your phone soon!!

Mine says action required and according to the advisor I spoke to it's because it's out of stock but if you look on the website says it's still on stock

Some customers have been waiting weeks longer than that. You just need to be patient.
