I preorder the iPhone 17 pro on 15th September and still haven't received it, just wondered if anyone has got there's or still waiting?

They won't give an update that everyone will be waiting another month no matter when ordered as they will get huge cancellations. 
every Friday I have seen people update got a call and delivery so will see if that happens this week. That way can see if stock coming in

if no stock coming in for 4 weeks and they have all the orders already gone through and ones still be8ng made there will be huge backlogs and people waiting 2 months. Two months for a phone is crazy stiff

If this wait time is going to be another month I would consider a switch to Samsung newest models. Just checked sky mobile Ireland and the newest galaxy ultra model is saying not in stock **bleep**

I'm one of the ones who ordered back on the pre order date (12th September) around 1.30pm. Had the usual initial updates from DPD etc now they've just disappeared and it just saying (coming soon) on the app. No other comms from Sky with an update and to hear people who've ordered weeks after me have some how received theirs is abit of a joke!

They stated distribution. I got messages from DPD just todat that my device will be delivered tomorrow. I ordered same date as you. Hope u hear it from them soon. Good Luck 😊

I preordered the IPhones ne 17 PM in deep  blue on 13 September, it was delivered this morning. Ireland Co. Cork. So far all good but in future never again! I don't mind the waiting but if you promise of delivery on 19 Sep. At least they could apologise or add some goodies as a good will. But lack of communication and updates in these days is a lame from multimillion dollar company!

Hi mate Hope you're doing well. I ordered iPhone 17 pro max Cosmic orange on 25th September and I got confirmation on 25th September as well but from 25th the order shows delivery coming soon..It's been 20 days now but still no update of delivery.

I'm having the same issue. Ordered 3 weeks ago, still showing no active orders. This is an absolute joke, when (or should I say IF) I receive this phone and the contract is done I will be switching providers. Although I doubt I'm even going to get the phone at this point anyway!

I ordered iphone pro max in blue on 18th September told I would get in by 23rd still waiting called so many times been lied to multiple times one being the queue is stuck and I would need to reorder which would effect my credit this is so disappointing at this point specially when I spend hundreds a month will be not renewing

I am honestly so frustrated and done. I placed order for two iphone 17 pro max. I have been told multiple times different stories and I am so done with these call centres people who have been giving lies only. They tell different things and don't even implement that. I called this morning it will be 1 month for my pre order on 17th and they are telling me that it will take two weeks more. I am so done. Last week spoke with two agents they said as a good will gesture I will not be paying my two months bill which will be first two months. I called to confirm about it as I know they lie they said we don't do anything like that transfer me to loyalty team he spoke with me 1hour40mins and nothing come up today spoke with someone said same we don't do anything likr that and making customer liers. I am honestly so done. I really want to take this to further management of sky because nothing is resolving. Please whoever sees this get back to me. I want actual sky person instead of these people who don't know what they are talking about. I need help badly.
