Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

I had 2 emails saying delivery 11th and then no email from DPD.  I called 11th and they said they are escalating my case.  I should have email today giving me delivery update from DPD (apparently).  I'll add an update if there is one. 🤞

My iPhone 17 256GB in white is currently showing estimated delivery 1-2 weeks. When I ordered mine 3 weeks ago it said 2-3 weeks delivery. Yet still haven't heard a single peep, and when I get in touch with them they say it could be another 4 weeks! Make it make sense! I didn't order a new phone for fun and games, I actually need it! This is ridiculous.

Not necessarily, someone on here received there 26th and 29th of September dpd for next day last... week and then there's people who pre ordered or ordered around the the 13th still waiting to be processed. 29th is closer to the 2nd of October than the 12th of September.

its a shambles and people who ordered recent,y have got there's.

so no knows. A mix of no stock and an internal issue around orders for sure

How did you cancel? I want to do the same as I got one from Argos but they insist it cannot be canceled as it's too far in the fulfilment process. I ordered on preorder day and to this day it still says awaiting dispatch I've had no communication from them . One told me I should cancel and : have told me it cannot be done and that I would have to refuse the currently non existent delivery

I just cancelled on the texting service they have. I've had email confirmation too. It does say that if I do get sent a phone I have to send it back.

I didn’t fail, I canceled. However, regardless, I should have received this refund automatically, which hasn’t happened. Others are reporting the same issue. I’m here mainly to expose this abuse, since I haven’t received any response. it’s been well over 14 days.

I'm on week 3 of waiting for ANY update but still saying "currently on back order". 

When I ordered the 17PM Silver 25GB (29th September), it said "Delivery estimated 3-4 weeks", however I'm not holding my breath as this point because I'd pass out. 

Multiple Ccustomer advisors have informed me that I "should" receive my device around 27th October (4 weeks to the day), but again, seeing all the posts above (I've never seen such a long thread here before), I won't be holding my breath. 

It's the "estimated" and "should" that is annoying because that's how Sky cover up their incompetency at rolling out new devices.

I'm scared that because I've gone for silver it will be even longer because if I ordered directly from Apple right now, I can go and pick up today from my nearest store today, but only in Blue or Orange. Silver is unavailable.

Just had my email dispatch from Tescos for iPhone pro max in blue from Tescos. I ordered Saturday night. 
As much as sky are blaming apple there is clearly an issue solely with sky

Order my Iphone 17 256GB (Sage) on the 22nd of September , had a whatsapp chat with the Sky agents a couple of times after 2 weeks to inquire about my order and both occasions they mentioned to be a little patient as they are expecting delays.

Got an email from Sky on 10th Oct that my parcel will be delivered on the 13th , then on the 11th got an email from DPD they will be delivering my order on 13th ..

Hope that it gets delivered today , fingers crossed
