I preordered iPhone 17pm on the 12/09/25, I was told by a sky employee to wait 3-4 weeks. Now I rang and was told it should be with me by end of this week. He also said that if I ring back my order will be delayed more further. He also said I should be receiving some kind of commission when the phone arrives hopefully.

I've just checked the sky mobile shop. iPhone 17 Pro is 2-3 weeks. iPhone 17 pro max is over 4 weeks. 

What's annoying is that everyone else has stock.

Got my iPhone 17 pro max from Argos today! Still heard nothing from sky pre order absolutely ridiculous going to cancel it anyway but how long do they expect people to wait!

@Adrianrss Literally just spoke to their escalations who can't give me any info at all . Ordered same phone around similar time as everyone who seems to have received updates today.

@Naazro   were you getting any other updates before this ? As in .. did your offer show under active orders and received any of the messages as weeks/days went by ? I haven't received a single update since order confirmation on 12/09 at 13:34 . So trying to see if I'm the anomaly hahaha
