Hi, I ordered the iPhone 17 last week Saturday (on the 20th) it says 1-2 weeks delivery but I haven't got any response or details about my order so I was thinking can you notify me about the status of my order and if it delayed then I would like £20 to £25 credit due to the delay otherwise I will just cancel the order if it doesn't come in 1 weeks or even 2 weeks. Please let me know about my enquiry.

@Paula120  I'm in the west mids, Solihull. 
Though I'm not sure that makes a difference, I did phone them twice to chase, once when the didn't deliver on the 19th, then this Wednesday to ask for an ETA, the operator I spoke to seemed to have given the correct info, in that I would get one from their delivery today.

West Midlands ordered 12th at 1:03 Orange pm 256. No one can tell me (without lying) when it will arrive but everyone who ordered after me is getting an update, no update since order confirmation for me. Really wish I hadn't gone with sky again

I pre ordered the 12th and I had no update went in my messages on my app and it had message saying 4th October anyway just had emails and one off dpd looks like it's coming tomrrow so deffo hope they seem to be getting them out better late than ever eh I'm in the north east x
