Order status on app now shows ‘in progress-Thursday 25th.

I am confident it will arrive and hope everyone is not far behind

@Tommo  the 256GB one. Apparently the one I've ordered is the most sought after (colour and size!) so I'm honestly really suprised to have an update from DPD. I didn't get the messages people were getting on MySky either saying by the 4th October. I ordered it then nothing until today 😅 we'll see if it get delivered this weekend!

Whilst I'm obviously happy for you, I ordered the same model at 1.28pm on the 12th yet I've heard zilch!

Just had an email from Sky to say my phone has been dispatched. Currently awaiting a notification from DPD, hopefully you all get yours soon🫶🏼! The ball seems to be slowly but surely be rolling

Just had an email, mine has also been dispatched, despite receiving no news on the phone since the confirmation email and nothing in the orders section on the my sky app (pm cm 256gb, orders on the 13th) hopefully everyone else will follow.

Hey, I ordered on the 13th around 3-4pm I think and the iPhone 17PM 256gb cosmic orange. It's now due to be delivered tomorrow. 

I did absolutely scold sky every single day multiple times a day, raised 2 complaints, swore a couple times due to them lying and then admitted they were lying when I caught them out. 

I'll honestly never order from sky again though. I was going to refuse delivery but at this point and the **bleep** I dealt with im just going with it so it's over lol

That's what doesn't make sense .. orders placed over 24 hours after than others and still not a bit of news ... I've even spoken to the executive response teams and nothing done .

Has anyone else ordered 17 512gb in lavender? I'm wondering if anyone else has received theirs since mine's still showing that it's on back order and I was given a 1-2 week timeframe when I ordered on the 19th

Ok surprising update in the last few minutes. No emails but ive had this update in the MySky app:

 hoping it's just got to update but the first change in a while so keeping everything crossed. Anyone else got this!

My order is now winging its way to the local DPD depot, which means a delivery is likely tomorrow. I ordered on the 13th! Pro Max Silver, 256GB.

Pro Max 256 Orange and just received email to say it's dispatched. And one from DPD to say they are expecting a parcel, so hopefully delivery will be tomorrow or Monday.

Just had DPD notification they are expecting my order. Although the email I received from Sky the tracking number is for DHL. Not sure if they are being silly buggers because I complained. Ordered Cosmic Orange 256G
