well a day closer to that mulled wine celebration, I've called sky and spoke with Mohammed. And he has "promised" that the final date that they will arrive is the 4th October. And that was a Mohammed "promise" so it is a waiting game. 

then tried to flog me a new iPad 🤣 nah mate I just want my phone to arrive...

Might be a coincidence, but it was a Mohammed I spoke to yesterday and he said they have a delivery next Friday (3rd) so there could be some truth

I love that ahhaha! Mohammed promise. I got the same too, I joked that I am having to chase this up and didn't need the stress of chasing that too 😂

I purchased at 1:03 pm preorder day. Just phoned to ask what's happening with my order he said unfortunately we are doing first come first serve so I said I ordered at 1:03 he said oh ummm well I don't know the. Hopefuly you will be in our very first batch of iPhones to go out tomorow we none have gone out yet 😒

Called today as waited a week for the adaptor I ordered, phone not come. Told the blue and silver model, more than 4 weeks wait on back order from now. Cosmic orange 3 weeks wait from now.

I'm an existing customer so ordered a silver 17PM 256gb on 15th as an upgrade. Since receiving the confirmation email when I ordered, the 17PM just says 'order awaiting despatch' and when I click on that my orders page says 'no current orders', and there's nothing in my messages since 2023 😒

I phoned last week to be told 'you'll get a despatch confirmation by Monday evening re delivery by the 26th'

But still received nothing whatsoever from Sky or DPD.

I know I missed the pre-order 'day' so expected a slight delay. What I didn't expect was the complete lack of information for 10 days, and lies when I phoned just to confirm my order is actually in process and what sort of ETA to expect. 

I get the delays, if no-one has stock then yes I'll have to wait. What I don't get is Sky's complete disregard for customers by not even providing updates to confirm the wait time. And then to hear that some people ordered after me and already have their phones?! Loyalty means absolutely zilch to Sky 🤬 Serioulsly considering waiting a few months then go elsewhere.

I've got so fed up of waiting I've just called them back and asked what colour air they have in stock and they said black and blue. I ordered white and have now said please order me a blue one so I can just get it here! I was divided originally between white and blue so not much of a compromise I just can't take the waiting anymore. Apparently it's coming tomorrow. Dare I believe it 🤣

I'm interested in the 256 Pro Max orders in particular as thats what I've ordered. I suspect the Pros and larger memory models will have different queues and lead times.
