Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

Ordered a 17 Pro Max 256 in Orange at 13.30 on preorder day.

Rang on Friday 19th (launch day) as there had been no update and was subsequently told that I would be updated this week but to expect it by October 4th!!!

I've been regularly checking "My orders" but that option disappeared this afternoon so I called back to be told that 100% guaranteed my phone will arrive this Friday 26th. 

I'm hopeful but sceptical 🤞

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 pro max (silver, 256GB) on Friday 12th September.

When I ordered it said delivery for Friday 19th but I have not received any notifications. Since,  I haven’t heard any updates or any predicted delivery time frame. 

has anyone else had this issue? I was told Friday 19th delivery and now I haven't even got an estimated time frame from sky.

It's very disappointing as I've been a loyal customer costumer for years!

I've finally decided to go to Argos and get one today now.

@SarahBW1 Hey! Yeah I did mine through the swap and mine was delivered Saturday (was supposed to be delivered Friday but DPD man messed it up)

Boutgh the pre-order on 14/09 and still not updated up today. I have no ideia when they intends to delivery and I've alredy tried to call and text on chat and no answer. Someone nows when the expected to start delivery the new iphones?
