As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I jumped on the queue the instant it turned 1 pm, when the line opened for orders. somehow or other there were something like 12,000 people ahead of me God knows how?

anyway by about 1:03 pm, I had ordered my iPhone air in Blue basic 256 GB memory  

after that, I went onto the Apple website and traded in my original Apple Watch Ultra. the Watch came as it should have done on the 19th, I just called to check on my Sky order after it just says in progress as the rest of you have found out, after jumping through all the hoops and choosing the right option I got through to somebody who asked me to confirm my name and password and then promptly cut me off! 

I also prayed to God to end all wars, I think that might happen before I get my iPhone

Well my DPD tracking hasn't updated since Saturday so they said they need to raise an investigation so that's great. It's been on way to local depot since then

Ive was initially told my iphone 17 pro max was going to be delivered 19th septemeber not seen any updates since called Sky this morning who have said i should receive it by Friday and all phone orders which are delayed will also get £20 credit off their first bill. Fingers crossed i get it friday getting frustrated!

They keep telling people what they want to hear, until it's delivered don't believe it, mine said 19th then had a message on app saying by the 26th but when I spoke to them to see if that was a definite date cause I'm away next week they said it could be up to 30th while many others are being told October

Been following this thread since the start as i also ordered 12th just after 1pm.. Had delivery date of 19th.. Never had an update since.. Called sky last night and advisor (on recorded call) told me phone has been despatched and systems just hadn't updated and I would hear from DPD overnight or this morning. Nothing. So have now called again.. To be told my delivery date is 3rd October. Have now asked for a manager to enquire why i was told last night my phone had actually been despatched!! 😡💔

UPDATE:

So have just spoken to a "manager" and they have said there a categorically no stock now untill the 26th and that the next "batch of pro max" will be despatched then. He said I should recieve dpd message Thursday 25th to say on way. Anyone who doesn't would be the next bath of the 3rd October and would receice dpd message Thursday 2nd 😭 so thats it I suppose untill Thursday 😭 have also been given £20 credit for the delay of no delivery 19th 😕

Has anyone had a delivery update on iPhone air at all? Stupidly thought it might be today I get an update but how silly of me

Ordered iPhone 17 was assured delivery starting 19/09, still not had any sms or email with delivery estimate. Called Sky and they said it SHOULD come before 26/09 can't confirm. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes same issue, spoke to Sky today and they said I should be receiving my phone on 26/09. I hope that is correct! they said i should get delivery details a day before! seems like alot of people are still waiting for their pre orders especially the PRO MAX
