It means be patient lol. It won't change till at least a day before the delivery day as sky dispatch the day before. The delivery for pre orders is 19th. So relax have some coffee, get on with your life and check back Thursday afternoon. Constantly checking wont speed it up lol.

Hi @Hollie40  that would indicate all is well and proceeding but until you have tracking information then things can sometimes change. Fingers crossed it will all be good for you.

Like everyone else you have pre-ordered it as Apple have not started to send these out yet to all suppliers like Sky.

@Hollie40  The earliest you will get the phone is the 19th as that is the release date of the 17. By ordering now you have pre ordered. If you only ordered today or the last couple of days then there is a good chance you won't get the phone on the 19th.

You will need to call Sky and get an agent to change your address. You may have to cancel your original order and make another which could involve further credit checks.

Spoke to someone on Sky Help regarding delivery and below was their response. Was hoping to receive the phone on the 19th but now not soo sure!

To confirm, the pre-order was on the 12th and the release isn't until Friday the 19th.

As you have pre-ordered, we hope for this to be dispatched on the 19th and once it has you will receive confirmation from the courier'
