Has anyone actually got an email with the date tho, seen plenty of people say if it doesn't say that then you won't get it on friday, yet nobody's actually said they've had an email with a date on it.

I pre ordered the iphone 7 and it took me to the finished page says i have this phone etc, but no email was recieved confirming and my account online is empty fot orders and billing?

The master thread in the Mobile forum suggests you should have received acknowledgement.

Is there an issue? I ordered last Friday and on the order screen it said delivery on 19th. But I too got a coming soon status that hasn't changed. Last year I got a date pretty much straight away and that was 7 days later. The same phone is showing on the shop as more than 4 weeks, so does this mean there's a stock problem?

Just a quick look on the site for if you were to order today delivery times.

Still a lot of items says "on Friday September 19th" such as iPhone Pro Orange 256 / 512 - All the Deep Blues and 512gb Silver.

The other show "from Friday Septermber 19th"

In relation to the Pro Max handsets, they all seem to show "from Friday September 19th" or estimated four weeks delivery.

Being my first time ordering a mobile from SKY I`m not sure how this all works. 

But ordered an Apple Mac Air (2025) off there on Saturday, and the due date appeared the next day, so maybe that`ll be the same for the phone.

Hi @Danka  no one can answer that for you. Keep an eye on your order status for updates. The evening before delivery you will get emails with tracking information.

Did you receive an email stating a delivery date? The sky order will always show coming soon, it will change to preparing despatch when your phone is scanned and ready for delivery.
