iPhone 17 pro max pre order
I've pre ordered iPhone 17 pro max and on my email it says "will be delivered soon by carrier" will I be getting this on release day or not? This happened with me before when I pre ordered my 15 pro max but I can't remember if I got a date for it or if it also said soon. I had to wait another week for the phone and I'm hoping this isn't gonna be the case again.

Hi @Keavy-Leigh no one here can answer that. Keep an eye on your order status for updates. You should be notified the day before it's despatched. Usually if being delivered on release day it would give you that information during the confirmation. Your messsge would indicate possibly not but that could change. This does happen every year on new iPhone releases.

Two years ago when I upgraded, the email gave me a date, this time I get the same as you "delivered soon" so I can't really help you there. It would be interesting to see if anyone got an email with a delivery date though.
Best guess is we won't hear anything until next Thursday and hopefully we'll get updated delivery details then.

If you try and order today, the website is now showing delivery from 26th September so hopefully those that ordered yesterday will get them on release day

Yes I noticed that too! I'm hoping so, on my sky it says "coming soon" on the date and also "awating dispatch" so I'm hoping I'll get it on Friday 🤞🏻

I tried a couple of times yesterday, first time I signed the CCA, submitted the order and then nothing.
Second time I can see the phone appearing in My Account, sitting at In Progress and Coming Soon status, but only had 2 emails, none of which confirm what I order.
Are folks still waiting for a confirmation email with similar situation?

Hello, I spoke to somebody a little while ago and they weren't very helpful towards me. All I asked was would my 17 pro take an ordinary SIM card and they weren't very helpful towards me at all that's all I asked them and they weren't very helpful towards me, they kept on asking me all sorts of questions at all. All I wanted to know is would it take an ordinary Sim card and they wouldn't give me the right answer all I said is oh where are you? A new one and is on its way. All I wanted to know is am I an iPhone An iPhone Pro still won't give me the answer I'm getting very very annoyed. That's all I wanted to know and would it take an ordinary SIM card and my EE SIM card out of my phone and a stolen give me the answer I wanted would you be able to help me out at all? I would be very grateful if you would. I'm very very grateful if you would thank you very much bye.

Your post is difficult to understand but suffice to say an iPhone 17 Pro bought in the UK will take a normal sim card. Only the iPhone Air is eSIM only.

Hello my name is daryl. I did reply on one of your messages services and I was getting very very annoyed. All I want was an easy message to them but I kept on repeating and repeating themselves. All I wanted to know is if the iPhone 17 pro or pro Max if I ordered one or the other but they still wouldn't give me the answer I wanted they just mucked me around so I think chronic cause I suffer from epilepsy. I no good replying to things and it kept giving me the wrong answer. I wanted wonder if you would be able to help me out whether I can put an order SIM card inside my car will fit inside it alright? Could you possibly get back to me as soon as she possibly can? I would be very very grateful if you could you take care of yourself hopefully hear from you soon bye for now. Take care
