Apple iPhone 17 Pro - Returned within the Cool Off Period but have not yet received the Refund.

 

I had followed up via email twice and contacted Customer Care 8 times but no one knows about the current status of the Refund.

 

Can anyone help process this at the earliest? This delay is quite frustrating since I should be paying for this 2nd device in my future bills as well, till it gets removed from my bill as per the information in my Sky Portal.

When did you return the phone as it takes up to 3 weeks for returned devices to be inspected and only when this has happened will Sky refund any payments made against it.

The device was delivered on 08-Nov-25 (Tracked Royal Mail Shipment), and I received an email from Sky with the subject "Device Received By Sky" on 13-Nov-25.

Hopefully the refund will be issued sometime this week but if it isn't you will have to do as what you have done and chase this up by contacting them again.

It should really have been processed by now.

 

Unfortunately, we can't do anything here as we're other customers.  We can only advise to keep contacting them - or raise a complaint.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Let us see 🤞. It is quite disappointing when Sky is not transparent in showing the return and refund status similar to Amazon. I think they need to work on this one to improve the Customer experience.
