@Yolandaruiz 85% or so of the 16 pro max line are on back order. The website states the estimated delivery times, what did it say the estimated delivery time was when you ordered? And what colour/storage?

@louise1889 have you heard anything yet? How long did it say delivery would take when you ordered? If the time frame has paased and you've heard nothing call sky and chase it up

It said 3-4 weeks when I ordered not heard anything yet. It's 3 weeks today. New orders can expect to receive theirs in a week according to the website. If I've not got it by this time next week they will be getting a phone call.

After the credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

@louise1889 Hopefully that means you'll get yours within the next week then going on that, but if not definitely call them. Some people that were waiting weeks and weeks just after from release magically had updates after they'd called to complain

Update - my order status has now changed to delivery tomorrow - let's see if it arrives!
