Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

Anyone know why my email is just telling me where my phone is being delivered to but no date? I see everyone else has a date. When I log in to track it just says coming soon.

@Jmc69 the same with me. i never received a date in my email and when i spoke to an advisor, i was told there isn't even a date set for my 16 PM to be delivered as they have no stock available at the moment.

I'm not sure what's going on. When I pre ordered, I got emailed that it'll be delivered on 20th. Haven't received anything but a text yesterday saying by 27th September.

over last few hours my app has updated to "sim completed coming soon. And for the phone it's still stuck on in progress coming soon.

maybe it might come over weekend or early next week?

@Kalim I am in the exact same boat as you, text on Thursday saying 27th and the app shows sim as completed with the phone still showing as waiting.

My assumption is will here something by the 27th at the latest with what is happening with our preorders.

Just got to try and stop myself from being so impatient now XD

@XsSlayeR3 Mines exactly the same. I spoke to someone and they told me the sims ready to go they're just waiting on the iPhone to come into their inventory. 

They said should be by the end of the week (i guess meaning this week coming now?) i've been so impatient😂

Yesterday I pre orderd I phone 16 pro from sky ararcade bradford. I payed 74£  early payment for that. But still not received confirmation email or contract for my phone. only received sim contract email.In sky app also showing order  is coming soon.Have any one experience this before?

Genuinely so annoyed and impatient with it and the lack of information. Especially how me and probably most others took a day off work to accept the delivery.

I've had no update over night so hopefully something changes during the day

Same off work aswell and now don't have another day off. So hoping  comes this weekend but not feeling very confident

I definitely think we could be next week to be optimistic.

All mine just say coming soon, my dilemma now is if someone else waits in my house for my delivery if I am at work will they be able to except it? As it stated that we have to show id
