i have ordered Iphone 16 Pro max(desert titanium 256GB) from the sky mobile but it is not arriving yet and order still in process since last 3 weeks but now i want to change my Order from 16 pro max to 16 pro with the same color and storage space. 
please guide me. Thak you.

There is no guarantee you will get this other one any quicker as there are long waiting times across all models.

To cancel the order you will need to call Sky. Ordering this other one will mean you will be credit checked again.

Generally the Pro is waaay more available than the Pro Max. Got a White 256gb Pro in less than a week in the end.

Till date no update, I phoned sky today and asked whats happening and was told to wait for 1-2weeks more! I am just going to act like I didnt order shi from them and let it come whenever they like, they are not serious!

iPhone pro max are available on Three and Virgin 1-2 weeks wait no longer. So why wait over four weeks with Sky Mobile. It's only 7-10 days if you order direct from Apple. Sky needs to chase this up. No information is able from Sky.

I've had no updates at all, then complained a week or so ago, and last night they reached out to me via WhatsApp Which I found strange, no emails or texts... I won't know til after 9am what they are gonna tell me but I'll keep you all updated!

(removed) that was the biggest waste of time imaginable! They reach out to me saying there's an update for my order, and in a long drawn out style they told me they couldn't confirm when they'd receive stock of the phone I ordered... White 256gb Pro Max. (removed) I'm looking elsewhere I think

Hi, I ordered 16 pro max white 256 on the 1st Oct and it did say over four weeks when I ordered. So  I  called sky today as I was curious wether I would hear something maybe next week and now they are saying it maybe up to six weeks as they are waiting for stock.... so I guess it's just a case of sit back and wait 🙂.

Was it an iPhone 16 by any chance? 

Either way, after the credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.
