I have just called up and they now said I'll be getting my iPhone 16 pro max black 256 tomorrow😍, said 4 weeks yesterday so don't know what changed aha

Just to confirm the contact centre agents are lying through their teeth. After phoning up several times last week I was told it would definitely be here today (16 white).

after phoning at the start of the week I was told 'do not worry I promise you it will be here by Friday' 

after speaking to someone in the UK they then said it won't be here today and they have no idea when, now I've just spoke to someone in India again and they've said that they are saying another 2-3 weeks. So basically 2 month wait now. Oh and they're blaming it on Apple and I've even spoken to Apple who have said they have devices ready to be collected today.

 @Darcy-Georgie I just called the sky number 150, will ask you to do it over text but you just say no and they put me straight through

Just missed a call from a number linked to Sky online for the 2nd time in 24 hours and they assure me it's not their outbound team trying to get in touch. No idea what's going on at this stage and it's looking likely I'll just cancel this order completely. After being told yesterday I would hear today/Monday about delivery before Friday they have now said they expected 4 thousand phones delivered and never received that so it will definitely go into at least week beginning 3 November.

Called and advised awaiting stock from apple and to wait another 2 weeks, nothing they can do!
