Hello, I ordered an iPhone 16 and AirPod pro, I’ve gotten only my AirPod on the 4th of October , but my iPhone 16 is showing to still be processing for over 2 weeks now.
what could cause this delay in the delivery

Lack of stock from Apple @Somto as this happens this time every year across all networks with these iphones.

I was not told of the phone being out of stock, but my girlfriend already got her iPhone, we both ordered same day.

@Somto Unfortunately, a lot of us ordered our phones back in September and have still had no updates, let alone our phones being delivered yet. As the phones are brand new, they are in high demand at the moment so all we can currently do is wait. Your girlfriend got very lucky to have hers delivered so soon, but even if you ordered from elsewhere the wait is pretty much the same everywhere else unless you get lucky and find one on Giffgaff.

@Somto We are all just customers here so I can't say when exactly your phone will come. But it seems iPhone 16 + 16 Plus are taking 1-2 weeks from when they are ordered, iPhone 16 Pro is taking 2-3 weeks, and iPhone 16 Pro Max is taking anywhere between 3-5 weeks.

Spoke to sky earlier and it seems weird should of had our phones a week ago. But has been a technical error on the system so they had to cancel the order and apply again. Got told we will be waiting no longer than 3 weeks for the phones to come.
