Saw someone say they ordered on 28th and had a text to say getting it on 11th. I ordered on 17th and heard nothing. Some ordered earlier than me and heard nothing yet either. This is an absolute (Removed) joke now and while I will wait this will be the first and last time I ever have anything off this dodgy company. Clearly pre ordering means nothing with them. should be first come first served and it so obviously isn't. Absolute (Removed) farce.

I did my swapping to get the iPhone 16 Pro max since last month and I knew it was going to be at least few weeks to arrive as usual, but yesterday called sky mobile to check why on the app said nothing expected .

to my surprise the Iphone according to the assistant was lost or missed placed? Didn't understanding, but anyway he said to do another order and cancel this one , I did it but never finished as the phone cut off and I thought he would call as they asked for your phone number.

what I don't understand is order was smooth and them they told me this after all the hassle calling me many times to do the first order and them the phone is lost in transit, I dont get it.

Joke... was told by agent on the phone i'd receive my 16 pro max by the 7th of october on saturday the 28th.

still havent had an email or update and i rang and they then told me "idk why he gave you a date, we dont give dates its just from the 27th" and it could be another week or 2....

i ordered on the 16th of september and havent had a single update about the order at all, has anyone who ordered before the 16th even received theres yet? So i know i will be getting it soon or no?

@Roman4 I ordered on the 14th sept and they text to say I will receive by the 10th oct so hopefully you will get yours next week too

@Roman4 Not to being bad news, but I ordered on the 13th Sept, received email on the 19th saying I would have it by the 4th and should anything change they would be in touch.  Well no email and no phone.  They can't tell me when my phone will be delivered i was told on the phone last night give it 4-5 days, then it would be escalated and I would have it by the 10th and then was told the latest would be the 29th!!  It's an absolute shambles!

The phone has only been out 2 weeks - 3 weeks ago today was the pre-order so nobody has waited nearly 4 weeks!

I'm unsure why all the unrest here, it's the same scenario every year and a pre-order doesn't guarantee you will receive the phone on the release date, especially if you didn't order in the first 10 minutes or so as it's all stock dependant. 

In fact a few years ago, stock was much worse and the minimum waiting time was 2 months. Customers not receiving phones until November - some into the new year! 

It's like reading comments from stroppy sulky kids on here - amazes me everyone must be over 18 to pass credit checks.

Even ordering from Apple direct there is a wait into November currently. They will fulfil their stock first, and then allocate trickle stock to other resellers. Poor Sky staff or any other outlet such as EE, Carphone Warehouse and many others won't have a clue when they receive stock, so calling them 5-10 a day nagging won't get anyone anywhere.
