I had some hope that I would receive a confirmation email or update today but sadly not.  My order was placed at 2:20pm on the 13th and on my app it's sitting as on pre order and when you click on order tracking it tells me I have no orders.

It is good to see orders are being dispatched and not everyone who pre ordered will need to wait until the 21st.

@champagneslay  Well lies have been told. Just went and asked about mine as I got the text saying delivery tomorrow. They are saying my phone isn't in stock and won't be delivered tomorrow

I just got told that they can't reach out to the warehouse to see my order and I should just wait blindly for a message from sky to say it's on the way 🙄

I just spoke to someone on live chat and was no help at all! Had to rate them a big 0

@Hollylouisee21 By the looks of it just the one, sadly it doesn't tell you in the tracking section which is which so will just be pot luck which one arrives.

So after asking to speak to someone else as I have a text stating and need to know to arrange day off work. The person I spoke to said it's not going to be delivered there's no stock speak to someone else and oh would u look at that he said it's scheduled for tomorrow. I will send u the email just now. And low and behold I have the email & my sky app is now saying delivery tomorrow 🤦🏽‍♀️ customer service is absolutely shocking. They don't know what they are talking about.

I've just been on live chat after numerous generic copy and paste soundbites was told 3/4 weeks "hopefully " asked about different colours again all on back order for 3/4 weeks then was told I can cancel having looked about online that's pointless everyone seems in same boat with this model as far as I can see So it's a like it or lump it situation I've even looked at the 1Tb model thinking it wouldn't be as popular , but it's the same 🤷🤷

@champagneslay I can imagine, the ones with the date now showing it does take a little while for DPD to send the message. I ordered the Watch Series 10 last night and it was showing stright away 3rd Oct delivery and i've not just niw had a message from DPD that they are expecting my package so if it has a date it will be coming, DPD probably have a stack of jobs to load on and sent the notices out for 👍🏻

@dlc Keep an eye on GiffGaff, they've had quiite a few devices loaded today and they keep popping up generally half past the hour and on the hour.
