I don't recall seeing any deliveries go out last night either on here like we did on Wednesday night 😔 will try and stay hopeful for by 4th like my text said but won't hold my breath

The group braced themselves for yet another day of endless checking—refreshing pages, scanning inboxes for a hint of movement, or even a DPD text that would bring hope. Anything would be nice. But deep down, everyone knew it was a waiting game with no end in sight. “Maybe next week,” someone murmured, though it felt more like wishful thinking than an actual prediction. Who really knew? Not the customers, nor the Sky staff, it seemed. The only certainty was more waiting… and probably a little more vodka.

I'm in the same boat as most of you 

oredered on the 13th, went for natural titanium as I wasn't bothered about colour and it had the earliest delivery (20th), then got a text saying 27th, nothing since and just in progress in the app...

it's a very exciting time, glad to be paying for a phone I don't have though, magic.

Just got off live chat with sky blaming apple and refusing to give even a rough estimate on when I will receive my phone

I placed order for iPhone 16 pro max on the day it went live for pre orders. Nothing showed about possible delay but on 19th I received message from sky saying they expect to deliver by 27th and I'd get email the day before to confirm it's on its way

ive heard nothing since so no update or any indication when it will now arrive

Tried speaking to sky but was told they don't know when they are getting new stock

i I had this issue last 2 years with Vodafone but my partner is with sky and received phone on release day

how can anyone get updates? Sky don't seem to be much help

@Ritch24 @It's a waiting game, a whole bunch of iPhone Pro maxes went out on Wednesday ready to be delivered today and a lot of them were after me (I ordered on 13th at 1:30). It's just a painful waiting game now

@Ritch24 I had the same text but luckily and to my surprise Wednesday night my order got updated and it's due for delivery today. Maybe tonight a bunch of you will also get texts and updates fingers crossed

Good morning! I just want to inspire you all with a little hope. 

I ordered on the 13th at 2.45pm (16 PM natural titanium 256GB), had the same as many of you - text on 19th to say delivery by 27th. I just believed them that it would come on the 27th but then on Tuesday 24th just after 1pm, my order status changed and it showed a delivery date of Wednesday 25th. I then received an email from sky to confirm the same, and shortly after I received emails from DPD. I am happy to say it did arrive on Wednesday but I thought sharing my timeline of events might be helpful. 

I hope you all receive your devices very soon!! There's nothing worse than not knowing!
