Just as many of you here I have ordered on the 13th and still haven't received any updates apart from "getting delivered FROM the 20th".

one thing that is becoming apparent here though, yes we are frustrated around the lack of updates from Sky as a corporation, don't take it out on the call centre staff. They have absolutely no control over your iPhone order. The delays are caused by Apple and the only blame you can have on sky is their communication. Which again, the advisors have no control over. 

so please think twice before "give em hell" or whatever people are writing here. They're just there trying to do their job with their hands tied behind their back around Apple information. 

Hopefully we get our preorders soon.

Just been on online chat and my desert titanium is apparently still in preorder as the manufacturer haven't delivered the stock. Five days later this is beyond a joke! Where have the days gone where "pre-ordering" meant you got what you ordered on the day of release?! Sky are embarrasing.

@PaulioB1 I wouldn't trust that update whatsover! I was told two days ago my phone had been dispatched and should be with me by the following day and that I would receive an update imminently from DPD! I was then told yesterday that information given to me was incorrect.

@PaulioB1 i got the same from sky 'expected 26th' but no emails or anything from DPD just holding out and hoping for something from DPD later today fingers crossed as should get it tomorrow

Just had a look on other mobile sites i.e O2, EE etc, delivery is 28 days on those sites for 16PM Desert Titanium

That Sky representative was confused like hell he said 21st of October then he said okay let me go and check the back office then he came back again and I said few things that I am your old customer and blah blah and you told my Friend that they'll be getting this week and then he was like yeah you'll be getting in this week or next week and then again he'd be like okay you'll be getting in two days so they are confused. They have no freaking idea what they are doing as someone said in this forum that we have lost interest now we will get it when we will get now so it sucks!

Just had a read of this, US! 

Over at AT&T, the pre-ordered iPhone 16's are estimated to arrive between September 30 and October 14, with the exception of Black and White Titanium, which are set for October 7 through October 21. 

As for iPhone 16 Pro Max's, every color is delayed to at least October 7 to October 21.

I dont think support knows anymore than we do, contacting them is pointless all they see is what you can see on your account the information your getting from them is a guestimate or just chatter around the office which is probably more incorrect that correct. Unfortunatley the back end of sky that deals with delivery's and stock dont seem to have great communication so the best thing you can do is wait. Dates that where texted to people are likely to be somewhat accurate +- a few days, on when you should receive the phone. You will know your phone is coming when it shows in your account that its been dispatched and thern you will get an email from dpd the day before delivery. Communication from sky is not great however im guessing every phone compnay is having the same struggles, happens every iphone release in the past few years.
