The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales and the same as every other year there are delays on a new iPhone.

An update!! I ordered a 16 pro max 256gb in white titanium on October 22nd, my app has just updated that it's arriving tomorrow!!🥳
we'll see if it actually does but it's something!

From a Sky Talk landline or another Sky mobile dial 150 to call Sky (free).

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a 0333 number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.

Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
