Nobody can say for sure but as you have only just placed the order and I presume you have signed your credit agreement then you are looking at a few weeks wait at the very least.

I ordered the iPhone 16 pro on the 22nd of October and it said 'delivery within 1-2 weeks' so thought yeah no worries... I keep checking my order to see if it's updated and it just says 'in progress - coming soon' no update, no option to cancel to go elsewhere, nothing. I know people who have gone elsewhere who got their phones within 2 days so I don't understand what the delay with sky is?

Been waiting over 4 weeks now on our 5th week all a have received after numerous times on web chat delivery is arriving soon. Except 5 days ago delivery expected 4th november and still no phone. Daughter has gone without contact all this time not like sky as they have never been a issue with mysel

I have ordered 16pro max 512gb gb on 5 October, still i haven't received yet , its been one month now , 3 days ago i got msg " we are expecting your iPhone 16pro max to be delivered on 4th Nov" but got nothing yet

@f1x777 well I now don't hold out much hope of getting this within the week if you ordered yours over two weeks ago and you are still waiting. It really frustrates me that Sky just can't be honest with their customers. I was completely fobbed off by Sky customer service and it looks like I won't be getting my phone anytime soon which means my daughter won't be getting it for her birthday next week! Yes the delivery is an 'estimate' but if Sky can't even provide the people with their phones that ordered two weeks ago why give new orders a shorter delivery time. I did some research last night and EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Giff Gaff and even Apple itself, all have next day delivery for 16 PM in NT 256GB. Sky is cheapest for me hence why I don't want to move. But the question to be asked is what are Sky playing at?

@ClareKealy Well I do hope you get yours this week as it did show within 1 week, which it is still showing as of now.  When I ordered mine said 1-2 weeks which ended yesterday, so hopefully we both get ours this week.  I agree with everything you said though, most other networks are showing the 16 PM NT in 256GB in stock, so maybe Sky will get a delivery today. We shall see! 

Out of interest, is anyone still waiting for the White Titanium 512GB PM?  Just checked Sky's website, and it shows that one in stock - low in stock, but still in stock.  Seems to be a lot of people on this thread waiting for the white model unless they are all 256GB?
