Im actually not sure what to believe bout the orders. I was told today I should get it by the end of this week? 😭

@Gem24x i spoken to a sky member earlier today and was told different time scales for the 16 ( standard ) 1 week pro was 2-3 weeks and 3 weeks + for the pro max as well as dependant on colours but that's what the advisor said on the phone it seems as though they are guessing

The person I spoke to earlier said Mines being processed, and that I should get it soon? but who knows....

To be honest, I don't think Sky staff know properly what is going on so they're just guessing and saying things to keep people happy/not complaining and if they're waiting for an update from Apple then I get it but surely they knew approx how many would sell if they base it off past presale's? And if they base it off that surely they can get enough stock in for delivery on launch day and anything after that update their confirmation email to say how many weeks until delivery? I'm not 100% on how it works as I said it is my first pre sale order but is it not just common sense🙄

the person i spoke to not long ago said they don't have any difinitive news of a new shipment. they apparently had close to 90000 orders and they only sent them 27000 phones.

people are being told different things :') so i'm guessing that the staff are guessing

Has anyone heard otherwise? Is there going to be more orders delivered by tonight or are they done for the day because we're all waiting

@Justin201 inly from what someone said earlier that they'll be releasing stuff throughout the night so keep an eye out for updates

You would have gotten an email/text from DPD & Sky last night if your phone was being delivered today. There won't be any more deliveries now until next week at the earliest.

i managed to get a new apple product from a different company on release day so sky what are you doing?🤷‍♀️

No, sorry they didn't...but he was able to go and get the stock level and it only took about 5 minutes to get through on the phone.

The guy I spoke to had to leave his desk to check the stock in the shipment they received today, so it doesn't so like it's freely available to the advisors which isn't great for a big launch.
