1545 - Email - order cancelled 

1615 - Email - order cancelled

1630 - Text - Hi. We expect your iPhone 16 Pro Max to be delivered by 04 October 2024. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks for your patience.

What is happening.

It’s possible you may have failed the required credit check(s). Also, emails confirming or cancelling the order sometimes arrive out of sequence. See this link for Skys guidance ~

If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.

I've requested call back from management as it's false advertising and false information provided which is against the law. My email says it will be delivered on the 20th and now by the 4th of October.

I haven't received anything as of yet, not a date or anything the last thing i received was when I ordered it saying 'from the 20th of September'

hi, new to sky

Just ordered iPhone 16 256gb as I presumed it would come tomorrow, says from 20th sept. I've literally just done it now about 1630. My tracking says coming soon. 
will I not be getting the phone tomrorow then? 😞

I don't think so. There are so many people who have preordered on the day and still haven't had any tracking today for tomorrow. It could be 4 weeks at the latest😬

thanks for your reply. Literally ordered today thinking it would come tomorrow I've never done a pre order before wasn't sure how it worked I just assumed it would come tomorrow 🤣
