Weirdly enough, I've been texted that I will recieve it by the 20th, emailing me with updates today or tomorrow.

I ordered 13th but re-ordered on the 16th due to a system error causing it to be a guest account.

I would assume you just got reassigned your position in the "Queue" based on your order from the 13th

@DeanL I think some of it is going to be down to colour and storage capacity on the phone as well due to some being more in demand than others. I can't remember the exact date when I ordered my 14 Pro Max but I do remember that I ordered it in the September and I did have to wait until mid to end of October for it. Just got to be patient as we've ordered a brand new phone that's going to sell like crazy unfortunately.

I ordered my iPhone 16 pro 128gb yesterday morning around 10am I got confirmation that it would be delivered from the 20th as it's a late order will I not receive it until October time ?

@Opcelo It's highly likely you're looking at an end of October delivery if you ordered yesterday. It'll say delivery from 20th September as tomorrow is the official release date. It could come sooner though so have hope, just depends how quickly Sky get the phones and can get them shipped.

We have been informed you'll be given a date 'on' (whereby that's the expected delivery date)

OR a date 'from' (whereby that date is the earliest possible date for delivery but could take up to 2 weeks).

They'd just told me that the supervisor had said I'd be placed in the queue from when I sign the new agreement but I'm not complaining if that is the case you mentioned!

Wooooo!! Just so you know to help give guidelines.... I ordered the  Pro Max 256GB White Titanium. Was pre ordered on 13th September between half 4 and 5 ☺️
