I ordered the white pro max 256gb on the 14th and finally had an update saying it should be delievered tomorrow? Fingers crossed!

Hiya, I ordered an iPhone 16 pro 256gb in white on Friday 11th October. I’m aware it’s on back order and will take 1-2 weeks to arrive but when I check my account it says I have no active orders. Is this normal when a phone is on back order? Will it only show up as an "active order" when the phone is in stock ready to send to me.

I ordered iPhone 16 plus 128gb pink last Monday, on tracking it now says the sim activation is "completed- coming soon" even though I've not activated the sim, is this just that my order is actively being prepared? Mobile still says "in progress" As it didn't say this this morning. Also I was told on website it will be 1-2 weeks for delivery, email says 2-3? Not sure which one to follow? I'm pretty busy most of the time so will need to know when to prepare to take a day off of work.

Spoke with Sky on Thursday 10th as I go on holiday at the end of the month so can't compete my swap if the phone is delivered during that time, they said still no stock and the expected delivery on the 21st may be pushed back. Apple are providing delivery dates towards the end of October now so don't know what Sky are playing at
