Ordered on the 28th and finally got a text saying it will arrive on the 11th have faith people. 

still frustrated with sky that they haven't had any contact with me and I've had to resort to forums.

As I've said countless times on here before - I got mine yesterday after preordering on 13th. 

If you have been waiting more than 4 weeks since you ordered they'll have to do something as it's false advertisement. 

However if you ordered after and it's been less than there's nothing they can do.

Can someone please explain a hard credit check? Sorry I don't understand it, so does it affect you having more hard checks?
