surprisingly, i did manage to get through. just put your foot down and insist on talking to a manager because i got told, "they'll just tell you the same thing", but i still wanna talk to someone higher up

the guy i'm speaking to seems slightly helpful - he's opened another investigation and apparently a 'priority request' but hold on hasn't that already been opened? 🥴

just got told i'll have to wait 3-4 weeks from today?! earlier, i got told i'd have an update by the first week of october. what on earth is going on with them

@jagb it's so obvious they're just reading from their script - apparently they're waiting for the next shipment which i said then tell me why the first come first served basis was false?!

I've spoken to a few people about this now and get told completely different things each time so not convinced they have a clue. I'll wait until next weekend then might just cancel. Very disappointed with this. I'm supposed to be a Gold VIP with Sky as I've had tv and broadband for years with them. This is 1st time I decided to go with mobile and it's been a complete shambles

Me neither! I asked her to confirm the priority and they actually listened to the phone call this time with the advisor who cancelled my preorder and admitted that they was at fault which is progress
