@januk Still 'in progress' for me. I ordered 16 pro max desert titanium on the 13th at 2.15pm. Although I did receive a text last week saying I will receive my phone on Oct 4th, I'm still baffled how people who ordered after me have already received theirs... *sigh*

I just think it's so unfair really how people who ordered after the 13th have received their phones (no hate to them - I'm happy for you!!) but people who ordered on the 13th are being left in the dark and getting told it's stock issues when it obviously isn't? Really makes no sense to me (and I'm sure plenty of others feel the same) 

Has anyone had any luck with complaints at all? I tried to speak to the complaints team yesterday and they were more than useless🫠

its soo disappointing .the thing is i waited 5yr to update my phone and that too whole time i was using samsung and for the 1st time i decided to upgrade to iphone. 

i know some people ordered on 13th are still waiting . i still dont have any particular dates given or change in order status . its still shows like sky mobile delivery and not even iphone 16 .

is it like that to every one?

@januk mine doesn't show the device, just says sky mobile device delivery like yours does? I was wondering the same if this is normal/others shows this because I have seen some show the device itself as the title on that tab?

Good evening, i have returned from my DND adventure. 

still not change for me! still says in progress - coming soon. bloody doing my head in now. 

i even said to the rep earlier that i wouldnt mind waiting if i had a bloody date to look forward too but now with what everyone is saying i doubt even if they did give a date it would be accurate 😫

i will also miss this chat once weve all gotten our phones!

Ok, so don't hate me everyone but my phone is with DPD and on its way to my local depot.  Hopefully will be delivered tomorrow but I will only believe it when I receive it! 
I've complained twice and emailed ceo highlighting the general lack of information and pointing out that their customer service is shocking as too many people who pre ordered on 13th are still waiting. I feel my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

Some of you really need to calm down. I don't get why anyone is surprised there is a delay with the pro models... There *always* is a delay with the pro max models, the only models ever not in demand is the base model. Talking about how you shouted at a customer service advisor but your phone wasn't delivered despite them telling you there is a supply issue is just quite sad. 

Either cancel your order and go with EE and get it tomorrow, or wait. Yelling at Sky employees or spamming their live chat isn't going to make a difference.
