Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

So after trying to contact sky live chat earlier this week I had a message with a link to complain.  
I've just sent them a lengthy email explaining that they have non existent customer service and the information supplied by their staff is always changing. 
I've asked for an update on my order plus told them they need to come and read this page and issue an apology to all their customer and provide an accurate estimate of shipping dates dependant on model, colour and order date and time. 
I'm not confident of receiving a reply or anything helpful but I tried

Does anyone know how long it takes usually to get information from DPD when you see it's due to be delivered tomorrow and the order is awaiting dispatch?

It seems to look promising with a lot of people getting updates today for delivery this week but I'm not holding out for an update today 😞

@Shanx25 That's good then, looks as though its mostly Black and white going out at the moment, don't recall seeing any Desert as yet being dispatched ☹️
