@lauren1210 my app hasn't stopped glitching, i checked it in the middle of the night and it said sky were updating their systems now it's glitchier than ever and i can't get on my app😂

At least us all can still see ur order. I have no clue where mine is. & sky are not helpful. Only option they are giving me is to cancel and reorder. Since my id is now apparently linked to someone else's email address. So I cannot access my account. Can't track my phone can't see when my bill is due etc. it doesn't exist. so frustrating
